All orders must be paid in full upon delivery, unless other terms have been set up prior to delivery.  There is a small delivery & pickup charge (based on mileage from store).  If you wish to pick up your order we will assist you in loading at no extra charge.  A cleaning charge will be assessed if rented item(s) are returned dirty.  We charge replacement cost for broken, missing or damaged items.  This is necessary, in order to maintain our inventory.
